Isolated Sprinkles

What in the heck are isolated sprinkles? I was checking the weather today for my area on NOAA's site and the short term forcast was calling for isolated sprinkles. I don't think I have ever seen that before. I mean, I have seen sprinkles before but have not seen it on the weather forecast. Who worries about isolated sprinkles?

The NWS shows almost every predictable occurrence. Almost anything that is possible to anticipate will be displayed on the forecast, including the slightest chance of precipitation. However they sometimes do not show a 10% (or less) chance of precipitation. Although, absolutely everything that is possible to anticipate is shown in the National Digital Forecast Database which is near the bottom-left corner of the page. The "Short Term Forecast" probably pertained to the "Chance Tstms", as shown on Wednesday, Wednesday Night, And Thursday.
